The unique retro swallow tail shape takes significant influence from surfboard shaping, and with Filet-O-Flex pads integrated into the design, you have the option to drop in without bindings. Part of what makes the board ride so well is that the widest point is purposely aligned with the front reference stance, providing a large platform under-foot for stability and stomp when landing in pow. Sidecut extends to the very end of the tail for maximum stability and float in the shortest board possible. A sustainable FSC™ certified wood core and recycled PET topsheet enhance performance and positive feelings.

The Pile Driver has an S-Rocker profile. A rocker shape at the nose curves into a cambered tail, creating an ‘S’ shape. This design causes lift in the nose, improving float while maintaining speed through deep pow turns and variable conditions. This is a directionally shaped board with directional flex which means that the nose is softer than the tail and the shape is different from one end to the other. The Pile Driver has a medium stiffness which means more responsiveness and control than softer boards but easier to bend and not as unforgiving as stiffer ones.
