Any queries you have should hopefully be answered below, but if not feel free to email or give us a call.
On the Rent Equipment page you can add an equipment package for each member of your group. Click 'Add to Order' and you will be prompted to enter the details and select accessories for the first member of your group. Once you've added that person's details their equipment will be added to 'Your order' on the right of the page.
To add equipment for the next member of your group, simply click 'Add to Order' again and enter their details. Your order can be made up of any combination of equipment packages for skiers, snowboarders and even children.
If you have a particularly large group, you may want to contact us and we'll see if we can work out a special deal for you.
Back to topWhen you add packages to your order you are able to enter details such as height, shoe size, weight, head size, skill level and preferred terrain for each member of your group. If you don't have those details available for everyone don't worry, you can still go ahead and book your equipment, just send us an email with the details if and when you have them. Failing that we can still organise everything on your arrival.
We supply equipment that best suits our clients needs and at the very least fits properly! Every bit of information we have will help to get you out on the slopes as quickly as possible.
Back to topThere are links on the Home page and the Rent equipment page that take you to the price table so you can compare the costs of the packages and daily rates. Or simply click here to view discounted prices.
Back to topThe packages are rated in terms of specification and quality; all packages include boots, bindings and snowboard or skis and poles. The following illustrates our range of packages, each offering models for abilities.

The child packages are aimed at children who are 12 and under. In general we have found that any child that is 13 and over, generally use adult equipment due to their height, weight and shoe size, because of such, they are charged as adults. However if you are in a group or have a couple of kids please contact us and we'll work out a deal for you.
If your child is under 6 please let us know as we will certainly reduce the price for you.
Back to topWe will happily hire you equipment for any length of time. We have only displayed prices for 1 to 10 days as a guide. Please contact us with your requirements and we'll get back to you with a quote. The longer you hire the equipment the cheaper the daily rate becomes.
Back to topThere is no difference in cost between the two. You are welcome to change between skis or snowboards during your stay at no extra cost. Just come to the shop and we'll organise what you need.
Back to topThis is no problem at all. If you want a specific ski, snowboard or set of boots please enter the details in the 'Anything else' field on the second page of the pop-up, we will do our best to reserve it for you. If we don't have the exact model in stock at the time we will give you a like for like model from another brand or upgrade you for free.
Back to topWe are generally open from 7am till midnight at the weekends (far longer than any other shop in resort), so you can request a slot between these times.
Back to topWhen filling out information for a group we appreciate it's not always easy to be accurate. However the more precise you are the easy it is for us to bring the correct equipment. We will always carry spares to cater for any scenario but accurate information will help us to provide and quick and hassle free service.
Back to topThis is never a problem,as we carry lots of sizes and brands in the shop and in the vans so we always make sure we get the perfect boot for your ability and foot shape. You can change boots at any point during your stay should you need to.
Back to topIf this happens all you have to do is call us and we'll arrange a time to come back and deal with the problem and kit you out again, or you can simply come to the shop during our opening hours.
Back to topAbsolutely. This is what we pride ourselves in, giving our equipment a full service in our workshop, after every rental. Back to topThis is easy. We either arrange a time for us to collect from your accommodation or you drop by our shop whenever it suits you.
Back to topGeneral wear and tear and minor damage is fully covered. The cost of this has already been included in the package cost, so there is no extra charge. We offer insurance for £2 a day which covers for half the cost of the equipment should anything happen. If you want to cover for loss or theft then there would be an small additional charge. However we have found in the last 5 years that most people are covered by their holiday insurance. If you do want to be fully covered you need to contact us directly for a quote.

Back to topAfter 31 January 2020, with the ratification of the Withdrawal agreement, the UK entered a transition period, meaning everything remains the same and you can continue to travel as you did before, until the end of December 2020.
The Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) has published advice on how to prepare if you're travelling to Europe from 1st January 2021, which you can find on the UK Government Website.
The advice includes details information which will apply for passports. From the 1st January 2021 you will need to have at least 6 months left on an adult or child passport to travel to most countries (including France). If you renewed your current passport before the previous one expired, extra months may have been added to its expiry date. Any extra months on your passport over 10 years may not count towards the 6 months required. We advise you to check your passport online if you are unsure.
The advice also covers preparing to travel with your pet, find out more now if you're planning on taking your pet on holiday with you, as a new process applies from 1st January 2021.
