These guys are great. I've hired a lot of ski equipment in my time but none have ever made it as pleasurable as this lot. Nothing was too much trouble, communications was quick and efficient. They were a great bunch to hire from and made the experience fun. The equipment was in great condition too.
Not to mention driving us back to our hotel and collecting the equipment at the end of the rental. I will never go to Intersport again, only ever use Tignes Spirit.
The team at Tignes Spirit (Le Lavachet) made the whole ski hire experience very straight forward for my family of 13. They were very quick to respond to my emails and offered me an exceptional price for the hire. The equipment was very good quality and my platinum level skis were virtually brand new. A few of my family members (including myself) had to change their boots after the first few days, they did this without any quibble whatsoever.
Let's face it, arriving at the weekend is the busiest time for ski hire shops, and Tignes Spirit was no different. We decided to attend the shop in small groups and I can say (with hand on heart) that the staff were very patient with everyone who was waiting. It was very busy and as soon as we arrived a member of staff acknowledged us and ask us to please sit down and someone would get to us asap. They even threw in a €10 beanie hat for one of my family.
We will be returning to Tignes and I will be using Tignes Spirit again.

I rarely write reviews on TripAdvisor but felt compelled to send this message as my experience was Tignes Spirit was utterly impeccable. The quality of the kit has got to be the best I've ever experienced, the staff were friendly, accommodating (even keeping the shop open for us when we were delayed until 2am in the morning!!). We would absolutely go back here within a shot. The rates were reasonable and to be honest, I would have been happy to have paid more for such an experience. Keep it up guys, so impressed! Not in the crowded Lac area of Tignes - I got exactly what I wanted.
From the minute I stepped into the shop running late and slightly hungover I received excellent friendly service from the staff. They got me kitted out and on the slopes with time to spare for my lesson.
The board and boots were awesome - so much so that at the end of the week I ended up buying the boots.

Recently rented a powder board from Tignes Spirit for a week of off piste riding having been recommended by Rebel Alliance Snowboarding.
Astounded by the quality of the gear provided - brand new Burton fish and EST bindings. And at a great price. Really helped make my week. Topped off with friendly and knowledgeable customer service.

After my 6th stay in Tignes, this is my best board rental experience ! I definitely recommend this shop!
Last week we were staying at a ski chalet in Tignes Les Brevieres, and the chalet had a deal with Tignes Spirit, which meant that our ski equipment was delivered to the chalet and collected at the end of the holiday.
With about 15 of us hiring, it was inevitable that some of the equipment needed changing through the week, but this was no trouble for the staff: they happily returned on various evenings to provide alternatives, at no extra charge. We were really impressed by their responsiveness, and happy with the standard of the equipment.
