I really can't rate Tignes Spirit highly enough! Absolutely brilliant service. Even though we had trouble with half the group getting held up in a 4 hour traffic jam from Geneva, Tignes Spirit still came round to collect everyone and get their ski hire sorted when they arrived in resort (even though it was 10.30pm!). Staff were extremely friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. Will definitely be using them again next time I'm in Tignes.
We all found Tignes Spirit to be very helpful and accommodating on our trip. Nothing was too much trouble and we all got exactly the gear we wanted, so all in all a great service. It would be good if all rental companies were as happy to oblige as all of the Tignes Spirit guys I dealt with were!
We have been going skiing for over 20 years, this last 10 years staying in Tignes, and have always hired our equipment. This year was the first time we have used Tignes Spirit and we were highly impressed with the knowledge and helpfulness of the staff. They gave each of us their undivided attention spending at least half an hour ensuring we got the correct gear according to our ability, persuading a very cautious me to upgrade to advanced level which greatly improved my skiing! My snowboarding husband cracked a rib on the 3rd day and reluctantly swapped to skis. The staff sorted out the change of hire with no hesitation and no extra cost. They are without doubt the most professional and helpful team we have encountered and have no hesitation in recommending their services.
I was quite amazed how helpful, efficient and friendly the staff were with a great atmosphere in the shop and also in the café / bar next doors where we had a drink afterwards. The rates are very good value. Tignes Spirit also offers a free pickup service at your hotel for all the gear you rented which is really cool and makes you save loads of precious time to spend on the beautiful slopes.
I have nothing but good feedback for you and your team. You guys made me trip 100 times easier by kindly delivering my snowboard gear to me in Val D'isere. On top of that you made sure i had the right sized board, boots and helmets, which there was plenty of variety to choose from. Your timing was brilliant, and Doug was really helpful! When i return to Val D'isere next year, you will be the first people i contact.
We were very impressed with everything about your service. The staff were very helpful and good fun to chat to, the equipment was much better than a lot of rented equipment I have used before and the fact that you came to our hostel in val claret to pick it up from us really made for an amazing service.
Just wanted to say our group thought the service you guys provided was outstanding. Definitely the best we've had in the 10 trips we've been on and we'll definitely be booking with you guys again next time were back in Tignes.
