The staff at Tignes Spirit love skiing. They ensure top of the range skis are available for all disciplines. Every member I came across really knew their stuff, even though I had skied for 25 years and do backflips off 15ft kickers I felt my knowledge of skis was limited compared to these guys. I was so impressed with the skis I was recommended I've decided to buy them, they made everything easier on the slopes.

Absolutely outstanding equipment, value for money and service. Tignes Spirit set the benchmark for all of our alpine needs. I had my five year old skis serviced and it was like having new skis once again. My son hired skis as it was cheaper than paying the airline supplement to bring his old set! We were collected from our chalet/hotel, we confirmed the gear we wanted and when they were expertly fitted, we and our equipment were transported back to our door and likewise collected at the end of the week. Tell me what's not to like about this especially when the ski company we'd travelled with were going to give us a discount deal that would cost twice as much!
Picked us up from our hotel for no extra charge. Equipment was in good condition, with no problems during the week. The skis and snowboards were well waxed which pretty rare in French resorts! At the end of the trip they collected the equipment up again from the hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely use them again.
Collected us from our hotel and despite the shop heaving on Easter Saturday promptly and efficiently fitted us out. Friendly staff, respectable but well-used equipment which, in our case, was adequate for our needs. Rang us in the UK on the day before we arrived to check the arrangements.

Friendly helpful service provided for 42 of us stopping in Tignes, nothing was a problem and the equipment was top quality and pretty much new off the shelf. Would definately recommend and use again A*. Many thanks for the help and superb chilled out atmoshere you had with us.
Highly recommend Tignes Spirit, I wouldn't go anywhere else now. The staff are great, really knowledgeable and super efficient.
All the hire gear is in great shape too. Friends that I travelled with used the repair shop at Tignes Spirit and were really impressed by the service and price.
Even though, it's obviously a super popular shop you don't feel rushed through the system when you are there to pick up your hire gear. You don't feel pressured to accept the first set of boots you are given etc. and they are there to help you if you're not sure about fit or how you want your board set up etc. They're happy to help out with anything during your stay too.
The shop is great for presents and any extras you might have forgotten and it's in a handy location too.
Wow ! What a service - collected from our hotel, kitted out in no time with friendly knowledgable staff and then returned to hotel. Kit collected on our last night. Quite unexpected, truly remarkable customer service provided. Full marks-keep doing what you're doing. Well done and thank you.
After years of snowboarding and hiring gear and equipment; it's fair to say I've encountered my fair share of ski/snowboard hire shops! The Team at Tignes Spirit really know what they are doing and provide an impeccable service.
By far the simplest and most relaxing way to gear up for the mountains! Delivered to your door, kitted out and collected whilst you have a beer in hand at home, ideal!
Have to say, this has changed the way I will rent skis in the future. Completely hassle free delivery, plenty of pricing choices for a mixed ability group, excellent quality equipment and friendly staff. No more lugging equipment back and forth on the first and last days, just enjoy a beer in the comfort of your own accommodation! Thanks guys
